As a means of supporting Facility Management processes, we use our own CAFM system – “tec.off” – for the purpose of planning and monitoring all Facility Management activities.
“Tec.off” is a specially developed software and service pack for Facility Management (CAFMS – Computer-Aided Facility Management Software) which enables efficient performance of all Facility Management tasks (management and maintenance of facilities and supporting infrastructure) regardless of whether it is surface management, execution of service orders or compiling any type of report.
All the data, from contact lists, through to organisational charts and the blueprints in CAD, is kept here in a single place and can be interconnected on demand. “Tec.off” can thus enable a constant overview, as well as provide new perspectives, so that the user can access optimal information according to their area of activity.
“Tec.off” is based on our Facility Management know-how. The program was developed using the building information system (BIS) platform of the company Byron Informatik AG for the purpose of meeting special requirements of modern facility management.
The complete graphic interface of the CAFM system, as well as all supporting documentation, has been translated into Croatian. All necessary system adjustments and upgrades are performed by our qualified and licensed personnel.
