It is a result of the spinoff of the Facility Management division of Siemens d.d. and its subsequent business activity as a certified business partner of Siemens AG. Business activities within Siemens started over fifteen years ago for the purpose of meeting the ever-growing needs of the market, which increasingly called for the elaboration of individualised business solutions in the area of asset management.
